This is one of my favorite manicures to date.... I used two base coats of Sally Hansen Red Carpet, which has a good balance of glamour and glitter. For those of you who do not like a lot of glitter in your polish, this might be the one for you. The color appears dull in my pictures because I took them inside, but this color is far from dull in person. I used Sally Hansen Salon Effects in Laced Up on my ring finger. These nail effects are awesome because it eliminates that annoying drying time. You just stick them on, file them down, and then your good to go!

I love this! I have never tried the Sally Hansen Effects before and I think I'm just going to have to give in and buy it.
