Fellow Bloggers...What camera do you use?

I currently use a Nikon Coolpix camera to take my nail photos. However, the only way I can get my photos to come out somewhat clear is to have the flash on. We all know that sometimes we do not want the flash on, and it can take away from the true colors of the polish. And....the flash is a BIG NO NO when you have very light polish such as white. It washes out everything. When I take the flash off, the pictures come out blurry--very blurry--no matter what I do. So what camera do you use? What camera is good for close up photos?

Thanks for your time!!!!!

I used to use an Olympus FE-4010 (12MP) and now I use an Olympus C-5060 (5MP). I save pictures in the lowest memory possible as I only use them to upload online, this way the pictures load quickly!
The most important thing for your pictures is to hav edescent lighting, and to adjust the whitebalance of your camera to which ever lighting you are using. Disable the flash, and speed up the ISO of your camera, up to 800.
Just try these tips with your camera and see how that works. Read the instruction manual for your camera and google micro tips for your particular camera as well. There is usually a ton of help online!
Good luck!

I use Kodak Easyshare c182 that I've got from my grandma. For clear closeup pics the flash is turned on. Also, I use ISO 100 so I'll have no noise. I resize them on pohotoshop. But, I'm planing to buy a Nikon D5100 about Christmas time :)

I have the same problem! I find that the sunlight pictures usually remedy the problem and show a more accurate picture :)
