Zoya Jules

Back at the end of July, my husband and I stayed out of state for about a week. We went to his sister's wedding. Remember, I did her nails and her bridal party's nails (click here for the post about that). Anyways, the point is I forgot to post the photos of the nails I wore that week. I cut my nails very short because I knew they wouldn't receive any attention for a whole week, and my nails grow REALLY fast. These pictures were taken the day before we left. I was in a rush with packing and everything, so I didn't get that many good photos. They appear somewhat blurry, but oh well.

This is two coats of Zoya Jules, which I love!!!! Then I stamped on a pretty design. This manicure held up VERY nicely! At the end of the 7 days, I had very little wear--only tip wear and growth at the base of my nail bed.

So pretty!! How do you get your polish to stay on so long? Mine does alright, except when I get it wet in the shower or doing dishes, it ends up peeling off in one entire piece. I hate that.

Really? I have never had a peeling problem, but I usually do not keep my polish on more than two days. I only did this time because of us being out of town. I used two THIN coats with base coat and top coat. I let it COMPLETELY dry before I did anything. I have noticed that if I start trying to do things when it's not completely dry, I get smudges and stuff. Plus zoya is a really good brand. I think the cheaper brands of polish and the thicker your layers are, the more likely it will peel. I usually have chipping after a couple of days but not on this manicure!

I love Jules! It's one of the Intimate collection colors I didn't think I would like, but it was my favorite! Your stamping is really cute!

I love this design! it's really awesome! To sarah who commented-make sure your nails have no oil on them when you start your mani. If you are using Seche-you need to apply it on wet polish. DO not wait for the color to set. I used to do that and it would come off all in one sheet.

Jules! The one that got away from me. I wonder if it's comparable to Essence Irreplaceable? I must get Jules. It looks so beautiful!

Very pretty color! I love that it has some champagne tones to it because true golds can be difficult to wear sometimes (at least for me!)

Jules is absolutely one of my favorite Zoyas! I love how its so subtle, yet has all of that shimmer.
