Halloween Nail Design: Funky Frankenstein French Nail Design

My inspiration for this Halloween Nail Design comes from Heather at Peace, Love, & Polish. I saw these on her blog and thought they were adorable, so I had to give them a try. My first try turned out well until I put the top coat on, and it smeared my polish for some reason. All the smears were bearable except for the ring finger, so I used a little fingernail polish remover to remove the smeared part, and tried to fix it. Don't you just hate it when your top coat smears your nail design? It happens a lot to me when stamping. Oh well, I think this simple frankenstein nail design looks cute!

I really like these designs all the colors work well together and look awesome! I hate it when the polish smears with the top coat as well!

Love how simple this is! & Ah, I know what you mean about smearing a nail art design. That used to happen so much to me.

That is the cutest nail scars i've ever seen! Yeah I hate smears too. I pray every time I do a top coat.

Damn that smear. Can I offer some tips? Until I find a topcoat that doesn't do that, I've found that waiting about an hour before putting on the topcoat helps. Also, when you put it on, sweep it on as quickly as you can. Don't go over the same spot twice either. Of course, you still might get a little smearing, but that seems to minimize it.

I love it! The colors really work well with the pattern too. Just put on a very green frankenstein color, some of these cross hatches would be cute!

Adorable! I saw Peace, Love and Polish's too- so cute. I hate the smearing!!!! Not all polishes play well together :p I use SV most of the time but it can still lighten a stamped pattern here and there if I'm not careful. You did such a good job on these, I just love 'em!
