Zoya Edyta + Kleancolor Chunky Holo Black

This is two coats of Zoya Edyta, one coat of Kleancolor Chunky Holo Black, and one coat of Essie Matte About You. My husband says this is the ugliest polish/combo he has ever seen, but I might have to disagree. I am used to seeing Kleancolor Chunky Holo Black over a black or purple polish with a shiny top coat. AND those combos are GORGEOUS (if you have not seen it, please google image it. It is stunning). I wanted to try something different with this polish, and here is the end result. Let me know if you like it or not. I assume the majority of you will not like it. But I liked it!

Here is two coats of Zoya Edyta with no top coat. According to Zoya.com, " this polish is a complex mixture of gold, olive, blue-green and smoky grey with a sparkling metallic finish".

I think this Kleancolor over green is a great combination! I'm not so sure about the matte--of course when in doubt I add more shinies, so it's just a matter of preference.

This combo looks very interesting. I would have liked to see this combo without matte top coat.

I like it! It is different! I love the dark mattenenss, and the matte glitter showing through. :o)
Also, I have been looking all over for a matte polish that actually works-so thanks for that too! I bought CND Matte Top Coat and it is like a semi-gloss or satin finish. :o( I must go buy the Essie Matte!

I love it! I like matte topcoats over some glitters/flakies and here it works.

Hmm... I'm not sure about this combo. I like the was the glitters and flakes stand out with the matte, but I don't think I like the way the "background colour" changes when it gets matte.

I love it. Chunky Black Holo is one of my favorites and seeing it a cool new way is awesome! I'm definitely going to try it with a matte top coat soon! Thanks for the inspiration!

I don't think it's the matte, I think it's the Zoya background. It is definitely a different use of CHB though!

I actually did this same pedi last night, (I used Rimmel 60 Seconds Camouflage) my brother also said this was "hideous" . I liked it well enough, but opted to change it this morning for something a bit more festive.
