This is two coats of Pretty and Polished Chelsea Chelsea Bling Bling. This polish is so beautiful and a must have in any collection!!!!! Then I added one coat of Essie Matte About You.
I stamped on this heart design with Cheeky stamping plate CH03, Kleancolor Metallic Pink, and Kleancolor Metallic Sapphire.
