I started with two coats of OPI Did You 'Ear About Van Gogh? For the dot pattern "template" (see photo below), I used aKonad stamping polish in white and the Konad M79 stamping plate. I added one top of matte top coat. For the pops of color, I used a dotting tool, Kleancolor Metallic Green, Kleancolor Metallic Aqua, and Kleancolor Metallic Fuchsia.
