A simple and delicate mani... This is two coats of Orly Pure Porcelain. I stamped on the rose design with Konad stamping polish in light baby blue and yellow and Bundle Monster stamping plate BM-323. No top coat.
For this mani, I used China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise Neon and ManGlaze Matte is Murder (both matte polishes) as the two base colors. I have to warn you that the China Glaze sucked for me. By the next morning, my nails were severely chipped--a big disappointment. For the stamped designs, I used Konad stamping polish in white, Kleancolor Black, Bundle Monster stamping plate BM-201 (chevron), and Cheeky stamping plate CH6 (dots). I didn't add a top coat because I liked the matte finish. On my thumbs, I used ManGlaze Matte is Murder and stamped on white dots.
Here is the final polish in the KBShimmer Spring Collection. (You can see the other eight polishes by clicking here and here). I am not fond of my photos in today's post.....but oh well! I wanted to share anyways, and I'm too lazy to retake photos (haha).
Photo above is two coats of KBShimmer Squared Away over one coat of A-England Excalibur (one coat of top coat).
Photo below is my jelly sandwich... I added one thin coat of Essie Marshmallow with some top coat.
I titled this post KBShimmer Spring Collection Part 2 because I posted swatches of seven out of the nine polishes a few days ago (Click here to view). This is the eighth polish in the collection. The last one will be posted this week.
This is three coats of KBShimmer Lottie Dottie with one coat of top coat. Over that I stamped on the design with Red Angel stamping plate RA-110 and Kleancolor Metallic Aqua.
Glitter Daze is celebrating its first Birthday with this limited edition polish!!! This is two coats of Glitter Daze Birthday Cupcake. Ithas a milky white base, so I chose to layer it over Zoya Kendal. It has a lovely subtle iridescent shimmer that my photo doesn't show. It will be available starting today until March 7. Full and Mini sizes will be available for $11 and $6.
Today I have seven out of the nine polishes in KBShimmer's Spring 2013 Collection. I will have the remaining two up on the blog by this weekend hopefully. All photos show one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top topcoat (which is awesome by the way--quick to dry and shiny). As always, Christy never disappoints! This collection is amazing....The formula made application easy.
Her new collection will be available on her website on February 15, 2013.
